Early 2014

The Time Before

In 2014, Quantitative HR (QHR) Consulting was founded by Alicia Roach and Chris Hare. This was our first step on the journey towards where we are today.

Late 2014

Assembling the Experts

We expanded our expert team which drove SWP and HR strategy for 60+ global customers.

2018

The Path Forward

In 2018, the idea of eQ8 is born. Our journey to combining innovation, data, and strategic workforce planning into a never-before-seen platform began with initial software development.

2020

What's in a Name?

In 2020, after the successful global launch of our core Strategic Workforce Planning technology of the same name, the organization was rebranded as eQ8.

July 2021

Expanded Growth

In July 2021, we founded our Austin, Texas headquarters, giving us the ability to serve even more customers across the world.

2022

Building Toward the Future

In November of 2022, eQ8 secured $4m USD in Series A funding from OIF Ventures.

September 2023

A New Era Begins
